The United States Educational Foundation in Nepal (also known as the Fulbright Commission and USEF/N) announces the competition for Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowships for the academic year 2018-2019.
The Humphrey Fellowship Program brings mid-career professionals from developing countries to the United States for one academic year of graduate study and professional experiences. Fellowships are granted to candidates who can demonstrate a strong commitment to public service in the government, NGO, or private sectors, and a potential for national leadership. The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship is a non-degree program.
