Request for Proposal (RFP)- The Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA)
The Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA) is a global humanitarian organization with a mission to work with people in poverty and distress to create just and positive change. Across its worldwide network of 131 offices, ADRA has developed strong health expertise with a specific focus on community and first-line health facilities. ADRA has been active in Nepal since 1987 with health projects in 29 out of 77 districts. Ministry of Health and Population, Department of Health Service, Family Welfare Division had developed “Interim Guideline for RMNCAH service in the context of COVID-19” to reassume RMNCAH (Reproductive, Maternal, Neonatal, Child and Adolescent Health) services in public and private health facilities all over Nepal. FWD seek support from its partners and stakeholder to rollout RMNCAH interim guideline nationwide, then FWD developed national trainer to orient RMNCAH interim guideline in all public health facilities of Nepal. ADRA Nepal has taken responsibility to rollout this guideline in three districts namely, Sarlahi, Rautahat and Arghakhanchi. ADRA Nepal completed this task in all assigned health facilities in August with strong and consistent co-ordination, communication and understanding amongst ADRA country office, ADRA district offices, FWD, implementing districts’ government professionals and UNFPA.Now, there is a time to do follow up of RMNCAH interim guideline rollout to identify the CHANGE in the continuation of the RMNCAH services in service delivery site beside COVID -19 pandemic.
ADRA Nepal invites Request for Proposal (RFP) from an individual consultant to apply. The Consultant should have at least 7 years’ experience in managing research/survey/follow-up assessment. The consultant must have expertise in reproductive health and proven track record of undertaking a similar study.
ADRA Nepal reserves all rights to make decision and/or cancel the assignment without any information.
The interested individual consultants are requested to apply with their Request for Proposal (RFP) showing past experiences in similar work and proposed approach to deliver this assignment within 5:00 PM of 26th November 2020. Please refer Terms of Reference (ToR) in the link https://rb.gy/zx603d.The RFP should be mail to tenders@adranepal.org along with required documents to demonstrate intent and ability to undertake the study to the address below. The RFP received after deadline will not be considered.
The consultant submitting RFP, MUST meet the requirements as mentioned in the ToR. Submission of false information and statements will disqualify the RFP.
