Job description of the Physician
* The physician should have an excellent communication skill especially to listen and understand the locals.
* Should be able to collaboratively work as a team with FCHVs and Health Posts for the common goal.
* Has a responsibility to train both community-based and facility-based community health workers and their supervisors for prevention, control and treatment of hypertension throughout the span of the project.
* Has a responsibility to maintain a record of the logistics of amlodipine and blood pressure machine and visit the health posts at least at weekly basis, provide intense supervision to CHWs in person and over the phone frequently as per the need.
* Should be knowledgeable about the health system and facilities of Nepal.
* Should be registered and licensed to practice by Nepal Medical Council.
* Proactive in nature and possess good decision-making ability, report any issue to the PI or Program Co-Ordinator or Advisory committee of the project.
* Knowledgeable about hypertension, measurement of BP, medicine amlodipine, its common side effects.
* Keen to learn about the project, eagerness to participate in training FCHVs and FB-CHWs.
* Be able to counsel and know when to refer respondents to the higher center and facilitate/co- ordinate for the proper treatment.
* It is anticipated that the physician will contribute some of their time to non-project specific clinical services in coordination with local municipality.

* Data manager has a responsibility of data collection, entry, analysis and interpretation.
* Should contribute to development of the monitoring tools and data entry software for MUTU project.
* The major responsibility is ensuring the data quality using different quality check measures such as double entry, field visit and cross-verification.
* Is also responsible for storing the data in a confidential manner and make them available upon the request to the study team.
* Will collect, analyze and interpret the preliminary results.

Job description of the Data Enumerator
* Be able to conduct the baseline survey in the rural municipalities (Rupa and Biruwa) for the Mutu project.
* Be able to take interviews, fill out the questionnaire forms and entry the data.
* Should take blood pressure measurements of the locals and convey the message of FCHVs’ visit to the hypertensives.
* Should have a good communication skill to be able to conduct the survey in the rural municipalities
